UPDATE: Samsung’s latest Android smartphone, the mid-range Galaxy W is now available on Three.
Running Android 2.3 Gingerbread and powered by a 1.4Ghz processor, the phone sits under the Galaxy S2 in Samsung’s range. It has a 3.7-inch Super LCD with a resolution of 480 x 800.
Samsung bills it as a ‘high-tier’ product, the ‘W’ stands for wonder and it sits under the R and S2 in the company’s range.

Other features include a 5-megapixel camera with LED flash, 2-megapixel front-facing camera, as well as features like Samsung’s Touch Wiz operating system with Social Hub 2.0.
Last month the phone appeared on O2’s coming soon page and we know it’s coming to Virgin Media soon too.
The Samsung Galaxy W costs from £22 a month to £32 a month on The One Plan, which includes 2000 any network minutes, 5000 texts and all you can eat data.
On Pay as You Go, the Samsung Galaxy W costs £249.99. For £15 All in One 15 gives 30-days access to all-you-can-eat data along with 300 any-network minutes and 3,000 texts. Priced £25, All in One 25 offers 500 minutes, 3,000 texts and all-you-can-eat data for a 30 days.
Three has now confirmed to Recombu that because of stock issues the phone will be be available until late October
