The eagerly anticipated Samsung Gear Fit, Gear 2 and Gear 2 Neo smartwatches are now available to buy from all major retailers.
Samsung Gear Fit, Gear 2 and Gear 2 Neo smartwatches have gone on sale worldwide. The eagerly anticipated smartwatches, first announced alongside the Samsung Galaxy S5 at MWC in February, are now available to buy in the UK.
The smartwatches were first put on sale in India, ahead of today’s UK release date. They are now available to buy from all major UK retailers in store and online, as well as at UK Samsung Experience Stores. The Gear Fit is available for £169.00, the Gear 2 for £249.99 and the Gear 2 Neo for £169.99.
The Gear 2, available in Black, Gold Brown and Wild Orange, is the smaller, more refined successor to the Galaxy Gear. The Gear 2 Neo is roughly the same as the Gear 2, but lacks the built-in camera, making it more affordable. Its colours include Black, Wild Orange and Mocha Grey.
The Gear Fit, meanwhile, is aimed at sporty types thanks to its host of exercise features. One of the most prominent is the heart-rate monitor, which tells you how effective your exercise has been (as well as notifying you when you’re about to keel over). It’s also very light at 27g, has a unique design and a curved display.
