Samsung to launch two more Bada 2.0 phones this year, says leak

Samsung look set to add even more phones to their Bada smartphone range. Its plans for the future of its home-grown Bada phones have leaked on BadaWorld.

Starting with the Wave 578, which we’ve already heard about earlier this year, a new flagship device with a 3.65-inch screen, a five-megapixel rear-facing camera and front-facing VGA camera for voice-call functionality.

This is expected to arrive in “Septembre”, and will come packed with WiFi, Bluetooth, and an NFC chip.

The third phone is a mid-range smartphone with a smaller 3.14-inch display with a three-megapixel camera, as well as Bluetooth Wi-Fi and NFC connectivity. This should arrive in Novembre. Apologies, the french is leaking out.

Sadly we’ve been told the Wave 578 phone may not ever reach these shores, but nothing has yet been said on the two new handset.

The plans  have leaked from Samsung France, where their Bada software and apps are relatively popular- out of 100 million worldwide downloads, an apparent 16 million were from France.
