You’ll have to fork out a whopping £459.99 for the phone, but it will come sim-free, which means it can be used worldwide. The website is promising delivery on April 1st; hopefully this isn’t some bad April Fool’s prank.
No colour options yet, with the phone maker promising us a choice between Midnight Blue and Misty Silver. Play.com have chosen to use the Misty Blue model on their site.
The Sony Ericsson will be the first phone to offer their new “Reality Display”, on a 4.2-inch touchscreen.
It’ll also have the latest version of Android, Gingerbread, with an 8.1-megapixel camera alongside a LED flash. This will be able to record HD video, which can be sent to your TV or computer screen via the HDMI port. Photos, movies and music can all be stored through the microSD slot, taking up to 32GB.
