Calling all erytophiles, the Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo is available to order now from Vodafone in shiny cherry red flavour.
Available exclusively from Vodafone, the ruddy-hued Xperia Neo features a powerful 8.1-megapixel camera and is available free on a range of 24 and 18 month contracts.
The cheapest 24 month deal which sees you getting the red Xperia Neo for free costs £26 a month and gives you 300 minutes along with unlimited texts and 500MB of data, alongside 1GB of BT Openzone Wi-Fi access.
£31 a month gets you the same unlimited messages and data but bumps the minutes up to 900, while throwing in the same 1GB of Openzone access.
Those after an 18 month deal can get the red Xperia Neo free on a £31 deal which gives you 300 mins, unlimited messages and the same 500MB of data, with the 1GB of Openzone access thrown in again.
More expensive plans come with 25MB of daily European roaming data bundled in – perhaps worth investigating if you’re on your hols anytime soon.
The Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo features a powerful 8.1-megapixel camera with a large aperture (f/2.4) and an Exmor R light sensor, allowing for better picture taking in the dark. Perhaps best thought of as the Xperia Arc’s smaller sibling – the two phone’s cameras are virtually the same – the Xperia Neo fared well in our recent review.
We got to have a little hands-on time with the red Xperia Neo earlier this year just after Mobile World Congress. Have a look at our hands on pics here, our What’s in the box?-ing as well as our full review.
