The day has finally come – we’ve got the Sony Xperia S, Xperia P and Xperia U under one roof, in the same colour and primed for a quick photo comparison before we dig deeper and reveal how they stack up in our reviews. Off the bat, to give you some background, these three phones fall under Sony’s NXT range featuring the Japanese electronic giant’s iconic design.
The Sony Xperia S is the daddy bear with its 4.3-inch 720p display and dual-core 1.5GHz processor. Next up is the Xperia P with a 4-inch qHD display and dual-core 1GHz processor and finally, the baby of the bunch, the Xperia U packs a 3.5-inch WVGA display and as with the P, a dual-core 1GHz processor.
Separating the phones even further, is memory. The Sony Xperia S packs 32GB with 25.8GB user available. The Xperia P has 16GB on board with 11.3GB user available and the Xperia U has a humble 8GB with 4GB user available.
Other differences can be found in the cameras, connectivity options and SIM card sizes, however we’ll be bringing you an in depth comparison of these later in the week. In the meantime, enjoy these hands-on photos and if you have any questions, just fire us a comment below.
