UPDATED: Sony’s latest NXT device, the Xperia U is finally appearing on store shelves and we’ve scanned the top mobile retailers’ sites to bring you the most up to date pricing and availability.

The Xperia U is the baby of the three new Sony Mobile devices that make up the NXT family. With a 1GHz dual-core processor, 3.5-inch WVGA display, 5-megapixel camera and 8GB internal storage, this device isn’t to be underestimated and at the price point it’s entering the market, an absolute bargain in our opinion. Once you’ve perused the latest pricing why not head on over to our review here.
