Vodafone new iPad prices announced

Vodafone’s new iPad prices have been announced, detailing price plans for 4G and Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi only contracts, micro SIM-only and Mobile Wi-Fi deals.

Vodafone’s prices for the new iPad 16GB, 32GB and 64GB and the iPad 2 16GB on 24 month plans are as follows.

Vodafone new iPad contracts

New iPad 16GB £199 up front. Monthly cost: £27 a month. Data: 2GB + 1GB BT Openzone
New iPad 32GB £275 up front. Monthly cost: £27 a month. Data: 2GB + 1GB BT Openzone
New iPad 64GB £345 up front. Monthly cost: £2

7 a month. Data: 2GB + 1GB BT Openzone

iPad 2 16GB £139 up front. Monthly cost: £27 a month. Data: 2GB + 1GB BT Openzone

Vodafone new iPad SIM-only plans

As well as this, Vodafone is offering micro SIM-only packages to go with any new iPad or iPad 2 bought outright.

Starter (30 Days) Monthly cost: £7.50 a month. Data: 500MB + 1GB BT Openzone
Standard (30 Days) Monthly cost: £15 a month. Data: 2GB + 1GB BT Openzone

PAYG (pay-as-you-go) Monthly cost: £5 initial top up. Data: 250MB inc, then £5 per 250MB

Vodafone new iPad Wi-Fi only deals

Alongside deals for the 4G + Wi-Fi new iPads, Vodafone is also selling Mobile Wi-Fi devices with plans for use with Wi-Fi-only new iPads.

Starter (30 Days) Up front cost: £49 for Mobile Wi-Fi. Monthly cost: £15 a month. Data: 2GB
Standard (18 Months) Up front cost: Free Mobile Wi-Fi. Monthly cost: £15 a month. Data: 2GB

Though the new iPads will not be compatible with 4G when it rolls out in the UK, Vodafone has told us that the 4G + Wi-Fi new iPads will be able to benefit from speeds of up to 28.8Mbps in major cities and up to 21.1Mbps.

The new iPad can be ordered directly from Vodafone’s site right now and is available to buy from participating Vodafone high street stores.
