Wacom Bamboo Stylus Duo: hands-on pictures

Wacom has recently added a new stylus to its range – the Wacom Bamoo Stylus Duo, which as well as being a capacitive stylus for Android and Apple tablets, has a built-in ballpoint pen.

The idea behind the Wacom Bamboo Stylus is to create a product for writing on digital or analogue formats, so you can annotate your iPad, then turn the Stylus Duo around to make a more old-fashioned type of note.

The Wacom Bamboo Stylus Duo retains the satin textured body weighing 24g, with a removable cap, the rubber nib of the stylus is 6mm wide and is replaceable – so you can use it with all Bamboo Styluses.

We’re a big fan of Wacom’s Bamboo stylus range. We recently put a range of styluses  to the test and the Wacom Bamboo Stylus scored very well, we found it a fantastic tablet particularly for the Apple iPad.

As well as the Stylus Duo, Wacom has also introduced an accompanying Android app: Bamboo Paper, which is a digital notebook app, enabling handwritten notes to be created and shared.

The Wacom Bamboo Stylus Duo is out in May and costs £34.90, check out our hands-on photographs from the Gadget Show Live.
