Any Mac user who’s planning on investing in a Windows Phone 7 handset should rejoice that the Windows Phone 7 Connector for Mac tool is now available in Beta form.
Before this software release, there was literally no way to get media on to your Windows Phone 7 handset from a Mac without resorting to dual-booting Windows on the computer. No, thank you! The Connector tool, which you can download here, sits atop iTunes and allows you to sync music, playlists, photos, videos and podcasts with ease.
The software is still in beta so expect to encounter a few small bugs, but we found it straightforward to use and infinitely preferable to locating a PC in order to get songs on to our phones. Here’s that download link again, just in case.
