Apple iPhone 4S UK pre-orders begin

Apple’s iPhone 4S has started appearing on network pre-ordering pages after its launch on October 4th.

Currently, the iPhone 4S is up for pre-order on Vodafone, Orange and T-Mobile, and Three, at roughly similar price points, while customers on O2 are still having to wait for a pre-order option to appear on the carrier’s website. O2 does have pricing on its site however, and currently its per month deal that nets you an iPhone 4S for free is looking to be the cheapest – although only by a couple of quid. The per month cost you’ll be paying to get a free iPhone 4S handset on each carrier will be:

£41 on O2

£43 on Three

£46 on Orange

£46 on Vodafone

£46 on T-Mobile

The iPhone 4S is scheduled for a UK release on the 14th of October, just ten days after the phone was announced on Tuesday this week. Despite the initial disappointment at the no-show iPhone 5, we’re still excited for Apple’s latest smartphone, with its faster processor, sharper camera and new talkative personal assistant, Siri.
