Galaxy S II Mini leaked along with Three’s UK roadmap: HTC Flyer, BlackBerry Playbook, Nokia X7 and LG Optimus 3D

The Samsung Galaxy S II could be getting a little brother or sister sometime soon, according to a massive leak dump which appears to have come from Three here in the UK.

The Galaxy S II Mini is said to have a 3.7-inch screen, a 5-megapixel camera and a 1.4Ghz processor. 1.4GHz? There’s nothing ‘mini’ about that. The leak doesn’t say whether or not the CPU is single or dual core, but we’d hope for the latter. If only for the sake of the S II Mini’s poor battery.

Other listed specs include Android 2.3 Gingerbread, a front-facing VGA camera, Wi-Fi and GPS.

The launch date for the Galaxy S II on Three is said to be next month, but no exact date was given – as you can see it just says ‘April’.

As well as the Galaxy S II, the leak detailed the release dates of a number of other devices including the HTC Flyer (May) and a Wi-Fi-only BlackBerry Playbook (June).

ETA dates are also given for Nokia’s X7 gaming phone (May) and LG’s Optimus 3D (June).

Some of the release dates included in the leak were for phones that had already been announced. For example, Sony Ericsson’s Xperia Arc was down as arriving in April, something which Three has confirmed already. This suggests that there may be a grain of truth to the leak, but we’d advise to season that with some grains of salt too.

We’ve contacted Three for a comment on the leak and are waiting for an official statement. Likewise we’re also waiting to hear back from Samsung re: the Galaxy S II Mini.

Update: Three has just got back to us with a statement regarding the link: “Anyone familiar with product presentations will know that plans change, launches shift, numbers are revised and priorities get reviewed.”

Update 2: Samsung also got back to us, saying that it had nothing to add regarding the Galaxy S II Mini.
