Free Ashes live stream for one day with Sky Sports Day Pass on Now TV

The Ashes kicks off today in Cardiff’s Sophia Gardens and Now TV is letting you watch the action for free.

While you’re pretending to work, you can open a tab in Firefox, IE or Safari (but not Chrome) and stream away.

If your boss is wont to hover over your shoulder or streaming services are blocked at work and you’re not on good terms with your IT department, you could instead covertly watch the first day of the first test on your iPhone or Android device.

However you watch it, in order to get your freebie from Now TV all you’ll need to do is head over to nowtv.com/ashes and enter the promo code ‘NOWTVASHES’ when prompted. You’ve got between now and 23:59pm tonight to take advantage of the offer.

Sky Sports Passes on Now TV otherwise cost £6.99/day or £10.99/week. In August, Now TV will launch a new £31.99/month pass, which will give you access to all seven Sky Sports channels – Sky Sports 1-5, Sky Sports F1 and Sky Sports News.

The first day of the First Test kicks off at 11:00. As well as being broadcast and streamed live on Sky Sports and Now TV.

Highlights will be broadcast on Channel Five at 7:00pm and Sky Sports 2 from 8:00pm. If the idea of sneaking a peek at work isn’t tenable, you can always slip your headphones on and tune into to Radio 5 Live or listen again later on iPlayer Radio
