Apple has taken its battle with Samsung to the UK courts over more wrangings over Android.
According the ZDNet, the latest suit is a countersuit against action Samsung filed with the High Court in June, although details about the actual suits, so we can’t be sure what the patents actually are.
That takes the total number of patents between Samsung and Apple totals 20. Apple believes that Samsung’s phones and tablets infringe its patents, while Samsung say Apple products infringe Samsung’s patents.
Only last week a German Court upheld the ban on the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Germany, despite Samsung appealing, claiming the evidence Apple used was allegedly flawed. Samsung has allegedly appealed to a higher court in Dusseldorf.
