How can I watch AFC Bournemouth vs Newcastle United? – Saturday, November 7 on BT Sport

AFC Bournemouth will seek to stay above the relegation zone this weekend as current 18th placers Newcastle United fight to get out of it. BT Sport will be broadcasting and streaming all the action, live and exclusive.

While we’re roughly a quarter of the way in to the 2015-16 season, Premier League virgins the Cherries have clawed themselves up to 17th in the League rankings while seasoned veterans Newcastle, recently suffering a 3-0 drubbing courtesy of Tyneside rivals Sunderland, are faring less well.

Either way, this lower-end dust up promises to be fierce and the only place to watch or stream the game is BT Sport 1.

If you’re not set up with BT Sport, we’ve rounded up the best deals going, letting you know how you can watch or stream the game for the least amount of money, whether or not you can watch games in HD and everything else you need to know.

With a BT Broadband service, you’ve got two options. You can take the BT Sport Lite pack which is free and gives you BT Sport 1 or you can sign up for the BT Sport Pack for an extra £5/month. The BT Sport Pack gives you every BT Sport channel – that’s BT Sport 1, BT Sport 2, BT Sport ESPN and new channel BT Sport Europeas well as AMC from BT, BT’s new drama channel

If you don’t take BT Broadband with your Sky TV subscription, you’ll need to pay £19.99/month for the BT Sport Pack. BT Sport 1 is not available as a standalone channel with Sky TV (unless you take BT Broadband).

If you want to watch any of the games in HD, you’ll need to pay an extra £4/month. This will get you all of the channels in HD, with the exception of AMC from BT.

The cheapest Sky TV package is the Original Bundle, which costs £20/month.

BT Broadband starts at £5 plus line rental, which is charged at £17.99/month for the standard rate, or £183.48 for 12 months cover (equivalent to £15.29/month).

With Sky TV, you have the choice of two set-top boxes; an entry-level Sky+HD box which comes with a 500GB hard drive (185 hours of SD, 60 hours of HD) or a Sky+HD box with a bigger 2TB drive (1,180 hours of SD, 350 hours of HD).

The 500GB Sky+HD box is included for no extra charge. There’s a one-off £149 fee for the 2TB version. Both set-top boxes come with WiFi and Ethernet, allowing you to connect to your router and access Sky On Demand services.

The good news is, you get the entire BT Sport channel line up included with Virgin TV XL – Virgin’s biggest TV package – as standard.

As well as being the biggest TV package going, this has the benefit of actually being cheaper than if you opted for the least expensive Virgin TV package (More TV) and added the BT Sport Pack.

Virgin Media’s standalone TV services – that is, just cable TV, no phone, no broadband – don’t require you to pay for line rental. You’ve got the option of three set-top boxes, all of which let you watch the games in HD. There’s the driveless V HD box (no record function) a 500GB TiVo box (250 hours of SD, 50 hours of HD) or a 1TB TiVo box (500 hours of SD, 100 hours of HD).
