Clove has gone and priced up the Sony Xperia S; the HD-tastic super-phone from Sony can be pre-ordered now for £467.99 with VAT included.
The first of Clove’s stock is due to arrive Monday the 5th of March. Though there still aren’t any dates forthcoming just yet, this gives us a better idea of when we can expect O2, Orange, T-Mobile, Three and Phones 4U to take stock of the Xperia S.
The Sony Xperia S, pending regulatory approval, looks to be the first fully-branded Sony phone, doing away with the ‘Ericsson’ part of the tag.
Boasting a 4.3-inch screen with an HD resolution of 1280 x 720, the Xperia S is all about the high definition. The 12-megapixel camera can record 1080p HD video and even the front-facing 1.3-megapixel camera can record video conversations at 720p HD. HD, HD, HD.
The Sony Xperia S is PlayStation certified as well, so you ought to be able to download a slew of classic PlayStation gaming content along with other high-end titles from the Android Market.
